Your Pro-Age Ritual Masterclass - Sunday 28th April, 8pm (50mins online)
 
I am very excited to host my very first Masterclass for Your Pro-Age Ritual members. This is a FREE masterclass for all members of Your Pro-Age Ritual. For non-members, the cost is £8. This gives you an opportunity to explore holistic approaches to beauty. 
 
What will the 50 minute session cover?
I will guide you through a 50 minute ritual which consists of varouis holistics appraches to beauty:
Face Yoga
Facial Massage
Gua Sha
Upper Lymphatic activation
Face Taping (optional)
Self acceptance affirmations
 
We will activate dormant facial muscles and relax the over active muscles, but most importantly, we will learn to achieve a skin deep glow. 
 
What’s needed
Facial oil which is compatible with your skin.
Heart shaped Gua Sha. My bespoke Soleful by Reena can be purchased via the website.
Face Tape - optional, this will be at the end of the session for those that wish to Face Tape for the night time. 
Open mind and good intention
 
 
Contraindications:
Severe active acne.
Open wounds to the face.
If you have had Botox or fillers, please wait 4-6weeks before before doing any facial massage or Gua Sha as this may cause migration of the products.
 
 
Please note that this is a selfcare workshop and not professional training. No recordings or handouts will be provided. 
 
A digital download with all the preparion info will be available upon booking. Zoom details will be sent the day before the session. The session will be recorded and available on the online portal for members of Your Pro-Age Ritual.
