This immersive treatment blends somatic stretch therapy with holistic facial work, creating a deeply therapeutic and radiant experience. Begin with 90 minutes of grounding, full-body release techniques, gentle assisted stretching, fascia flow, and Thai Yoga Massage movement to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and encourage the release of emotional tension stored within the body’s deeper layers. Transition into a 30 minute mindful facial ritual using Gua Sha, sculpting massage, and energetic touch to release held emotion, tone facial muscles, and stimulate circulation. The synergy of body, facial work, and foot reflexology restores inner harmony, balances the body, enhances skin vitality, and allows emotional heaviness to melt away, leaving you visibly radiant from head to toe.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice is required to change/cancel a booking time, or the deposit of £40 will be lost. A no show for a treatment signifies a late cancellation and a full treatment charge will apply. It is your responsibility as the client to inform at your earliest convenience up to date health and medical information. You are to ensure on the day of your treatment, you are physically well and capable of having the treatment and that you are not aware of any medical conditions that may cause you to have an adverse reaction to any treatments you receive from Reena Halai.
