What’s needed
Facial oil which is compatible with your skin.
A tradition heart shaped Gua Sha. Soulful by Reena Gua Sha can be purchased via the online store. 
Open mind and good intention
 
 
Contraindications:
Severe active acne.
Open wounds to the face.
If you have had Botox or fillers, please wait 4-6weeks before before doing any facial massage or Gua Sha as this may cause migration of the products.
 
 
Please note that this is a selfcare workshop and not professional training. A recording which will be live for 1 week will be emailed out to paid participants.
 
A digital download with all the preparion info will be available upon booking. Zoom details will be sent the day before the session. The session will be recorded and available on the online portal for members of Your Pro-Age Ritual.
